Returns & Exchanges Policy

our general policy

we make everything to order. so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or “it looked different on screen.”

please check the size guide before ordering. it’s there for a reason.

when we will help

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong (wrong item, wrong print) — that’s on us.

reach out within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo and your order number at hello@theobviousstore.in. we’ll get it sorted.

what we offer for valid issues

•  a replacement (dispatched within 7 days of approval), or

•  store credit

no cash refunds.

COD returns

if you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason, you’ll be flagged from future orders. we’re a small brand. don’t do that.
